Will 2 1/2 million jobs be lost in the U.S. by going on Obamacare?

I think this is a Bogus Argument by the Republicans.

First of all, you cannot usefully compare our country or government before obamacare and after Obamacare simply because you couldn't do that with Medicare before and after or Social Security before or after either.

It is simply too big a change to look at in this way. Is Obamacare a good thing for this nation long term?

It is if Republicans and Democrats allow it to be but only then. It also will be a good thing if enough Americans DEMAND it work and work right my modifying the parts of it that might not be working for one reason or another through time.

So, it demands citizen participation. However, from everything I have studied to try to get rid of Obamacare now would very likely bankrupt our nation and send us into a real Great Depression and likely Republicans might like this to happen because then then could blame Obamacare for doing that. Whereas what really might cause that is ending Obamacare by the Republicans.

Because in the end Obamacare solves many many problems while creating a few new ones.

So, the logical thing to do is to uncreate the new ones with useful legislation. But, if Republicans insist on ending OBamacare which likely will now bankrupt the U.S. Government then I just think the American People are really uneducated and ignorant to let the Republican party do this to our country. Because, the most likely outcome of allowing the Republican party to end Obamacare is U.S government bankruptcy possibly worse than the Great Depression.

The argument being made by Republicans is that people (because they will be paying less for medical care through premiums) will choose not to work as much because they won't be saddled with emergency medical bills as much and they won't die as much.

I think looking at it this way is only to get  ignorant people to buy into by the Republican party.
In other words "It is a fools errand" and nothing more.

It's like saying, "I think you people need to jump off this cliff like lemmings." So, if they do it they are all dead or injured. It is something like that. It's just not logical if you think it through.
