The title is a quote from: Mipham Rinpoche 1846-1912
However, this statement is still true today. The reason for this is that many people have not had real experiences or have had moments of clarity or participate in Critical thinking necessary to become wise and useful both to themselves and to mankind.
However, wars tend to eliminate all or most kinds of people who don't have clarity or aren't capable of critical thinking and we are left with only those who have clarity or have critical thinking because most of the rest of the people have died through some kind of ignorance through the wars.
Since we are now entering into a Great Cold War it seems, most people who don't have or create Clarity or who don't have Critical Thinking likely won't be around over much of the world very soon.
Because without the knowledge of when to run and when to hide in addition to when to fight most people just don't survive very long under these kinds of conditions.
The "happy times" from about 1991 until the present it appears are over for now over much of the world. Now unless one is smart enough one might not survive.
This is what a Cold War is like.
I know. I lived through the last one from 1948 when I was born until 1991 when it ended. When it ended I was 43.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
