  He probably can but won't that just confuse the shit out of most people on earth if he has no reason other than an ego driven one not in our national best interests? The question better stated would be: "Is Trump so delusional that he can be trusted with Classified information in the first place? Or should we just all prepare to die sometime in the next 4 to 8 years from a crazy president?"

  If he has his finger on the nuclear trigger and isn't afraid to use it. He has verbally demonstrated he would think nothing of using nukes if he thought it useful. Then he is someone  that is going to play Nuclear chicken just like Putin does and has for years?

  If I were most countries on earth I would be much more terrified of Trump than I would be Putin or China at this point. Because at least Putin and China are demonstrating some common sense and self preservation for their countries.
