Information on highway 299 in California: goes from near arcata to Harper and Adin across California east to west

The Carr Fire burned up the Whiskeytown lake area and into Redding a few weeks ago now. I was wondering if 299 was opened up yet. I think the sections from Redding west are sort of open now except for repairs from the Carr Fire where it burned up. And it's also closed at the Lassen-Modoc County line to the east now because of a vehicle fire. Alturas is in Modoc county by the way.
