Apalachicola, Florida is flooded by storm surge

And this is flooded even before high tide which comes later. There is a weather man there in the flooding telling of plastic trash cans floating by him and worried about windows breaking where he is now. It isn't deep enough to move cars and trucks yet in the current but it likely will get there during high tide. Hurricane force winds are there and storm surge has taken over the town. 6 1/2 feet above low tide and high tide hasn't occured yet. Completely submerged vehicles are all around. 98 is closed and the bridges are closed off and emergency personnel are saying  stay away from windows and hunker down.

Transformer fires are occurring throughout the whole area of the panhandle of Florida now.
