What this means in real time is if you as a blogger see something wrong you have an obligation to report it or to have someone else report it somewhere else if you don't feel safe enough to report something you see or know about. This is how lives are saved, people are kept out of prison or just killed worldwide. It is how men and women prevent rapes or murders or tortures or intimidations of all kinds worldwide.
