The bomb cyclone likely mostly put out the fires in Northern California between Mt. Shasta and Eureka and Cresent city

Why do I believe this? If you look at the air quality of everywhere there were fires before it is now green mostly which means most of the burning has stopped. Of course what also happens during fires is that even if the fire is put out on the surface it can still travel underground down tree roots and come up some new place. But, if the fuel is wet it likely isn't going to burn much if at all. So, basically most Northern California fires are out or might be within a week of firefighters watching them for the season if we are lucky. The smoke last week went all the way down to San Diego from the fires but it's now green even right next to the fires on the fire map. Look for yourself.
