Most 3rd world nations do NOT have the infrastructure to help their people survive Global Climate change
So, as a result these governments cannot help but be considered very weak for one reason or another because they do not necessarily have the support of their people. So, we might be watching 3rd world nation collapse one by one around the world the rest of this century which might be replaced by gang rule or Warlord Rule instead worldwide.
If you study what happened in the 2001 movie "Blackhawk Down" you can learn what happened when the government collapsed in Somalia because it looks a lot like what we are facing already in places like Haiti and Peru and other south and Central American countries on America's and Mexico's doorstep right now in the Western Hemisphere. These government collapses and gangs taking over countries will also cause many more people from these countries to seek refuge in the U.S. or Canada as well.
