Next stop is 1,000,000 sometime in the next 6 to 12 months. I'm amazed sometimes how many people worldwide visit this site during world crisis times like now. I try to provide a balanced American Perspective for world viewers. I can more easily achieve this than most because I am neither a Democrat or a Republican but an independent instead. I have voted for an equal number of Democratic and Republican Presidents over the years since I started voting in 1966 when I was 18(I can't remember if voting was 18 or 21 then actually but I think I first voted at age 18 in 1966).
So, I can look at an election and vote for what is best for my country and the world and not vote my own personal selfish interests like many people do.
My point of view is if the candidate isn't going to help not only the U.S. but also the whole world be at peace and have prosperity then I'm not voting for this person.
When you vote for the President of the United States because this is such a powerful world office in a sense you are also voting to some degree for President of the world. And if you don't make a good choice it harms everyone on earth either directly or indirectly. So, each vote counts for the survival of life on earth ongoing.
This is why a candidate like Trump who panders to paranoia and fear in some base Republicans is so dangerous to the world. What candidate pandered to paranoia like Trump? Though Trump is not Hitler at all, Hitler pandered to these most base fears and emotions too and look where he took the world.
This is why people around the world are afraid of Trump because he has no useful boundaries in talking about all this which only stirs up the most scary things in the most afraid people who don't trust anyone anyway.
Another way to look at a Trump though is he is not politically correct. So, at the very least he is bringing up real issues for people to contemplate. It's like in a politically correct world no one is able to say the word "Shit" even when everyone is stepping in it. So, at least in talking about it maybe everyone doesn't have to step in it one by one until the whole carpet of everyone's house is covered with shit.
So, maybe in this way Trump is useful to the world. But he is not actually useful as a real president, only as a not politically correct person talking about what is wrong so people can have rational discussions about actual problems.
Thanks for visiting my site and sharing some or all of my interests. Have a Great Day!

900,000 kids lose medical insurance in California
It is not a good time to be an underprivileged kid in California. 900,000 kids who are on, I believe Medi-Cal, which is the states state version of Medi-Care will lose or have already lost their medical care through the state of California.
The reason I'm writing about this is that a teenage girl who was born with AIDS was crying on TV about how she was now going to die because she couldn't get medicine to keep her AIDS from killing her.
I think what our Governor is trying to do is not to fire state employees and to solve the financial crisis in California Government that way. However, I bet state employees would be glad to reduce their income slightly if it kept these 900,000 kids from dying from not having medical insurance. What do you think?
California got screwed by Enron and other out of state Energy companies. The Federal FERC would not help us during Governor Davis' term so we now can't finance the debt from the billions paid to unscrupulous out of state energy vendors like Enron. The finance charges on these billions have taken California to the edge of Bankruptcy. The problem is for Obama that 47 of the 50 states could go bankrupt within the next 5 years so showing favoritism to California might not work either. I think this is a much worse problem than Chrysler or GM to try to solve for Obama and the Federal Government. With California's Constitution and rules we may have no choice now but bankruptcy as a state. This could be bad not only for the U.S. but also the world because California is the 8th biggest economy on earth.
