One of the few happy notes in the American Economy is the upticking of the value of the dollar relative to the Euro. This not only means increasing buying power for anyone on earth with dollars, but also an increase in the value of dollar based stocks and securities in real terms because of the increasing value of the dollar in relation to the Euro.
Also, the final beauty of all this is people worldwide pulling their money out of oil futures and food futures and putting their money in dollars and dollar based securities. This allows poor people around the world to be able to better afford to buy food and to feed their families.

The end of Fanny Mae, Freddie mac next?

I wrote the previous article after reading several articles on this subject. It did not have to ever come to this. It has all been completely unnecessary. If anyone in government had been doing their jobs not of this should have been necesary.
Putting Fanny Mae which I'm told carries 1/2 the mortgages on private housing in America completely funded now by the U.S. Treasury is just another recipe for disaster for our country. How much more ridiculous can it get than this? The next President might have to be like FDR with programs like the Civilian Conservation Core etc. just so people can get work building bridges and highways like during the Great Depression so they don't all starve to death. All this is a travesty for American Government!!!

Slow March to Oblivion
Since at least the beginning of World War II, the United States has been the Goose that lays the Golden Eggs, Internationally. So, since we had the most stable economy in the world, more and more people loaned money to the U.S. mortgage market as a stable return on their investments. This all worked great as long as the value of housing and properties went up.
However, it is more complex than that. Because of high cost of labor in the United States, we were selling less and less overseas, so most of our economy was buying and selling stuff to each other. However, the basis of that is homeowners. If homeowners start losing their houses,it cannot stop unless A.R.M.s are converted to fixed loans and the basis of the U.S. economy goes into a permanent or semi-permanent free fall.
Nothing I know of but Adjustable rate mortgages that could have created this scenario. THIS DID NOT HAVE TO HAPPEN. IF SOMEONE IN GOVERNMENT HAD JUST CONVERTED ALL ADJUSTABLE RATE LOANS TO FIXED LOANS, NONE OF THIS PRESENT AND IMPENDING COLLAPSE OF THE AMERICAN SYSTEM COULD HAVE TAKEN PLACE. THIS IS A COMPLETELY ARTIFICIALLY CREATED COLLAPSE. IT IS NOT A GENUINE COLLAPSE. IT IS A FAILURE TO DO ANYTHING USEFUL BY OUR GOVERNMENT!!!

Seeing Angels
I'm writing this primarily for those intuitively gifted who have actually seen angels.
It is my perspective that Angels are a scientifically provable reality. However, the present way science is structured it would be difficult to prove their existence.
However, I can't prove to scientists that I know 1000s of things all the time before they happen and change peoples lives whenever I can so they aren't injured or die in these mishaps. I can't prove these things either scientifically. But I could name at least 100 or more people who would be dead now if I hadn't known what is coming and intervened and I know thousands who would have missing limbs, heads, or broken bones if I hadn't intervened in their lives. People like myself have been keeping people alive since mankind existed on the planet. I consider Jesus and all the Saints these kinds of intuitive people and better as well.
The most likely people to see angels from a scientific point of view would be babies and small children. For example, my first experience seeing angels was Arkangel Michael and his band of angels while I was about 2 years old sometime near Christmas 1950. I was sitting on my scottish Grandmother's lap on a padded rocking chair. She sang "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" and they appeared. The all had shoulder length hair Blonde, dark, auburn etc. They all wore different colored jeweled armor that extended from their wrists to their neck and from their bejeweled armored boots to their necks. They all looked at me and smiled like I was one of them. They were there to wish me well in my incarnation in a human body on earth. I was amazed as a two year old that they seemed to treat me as one of them and as a brother whom they would protect through my life.
Listening to my grandmother sing "Hark the Herald angels Sing" in her thick Scottish brogue I was completely amazed even at age 2. I knew this was a very important occurrence in my life even then.
As I grew older and saw Arkangel Michael the clarity of his face faded and I began seeing him as a lifesize oval of blue light. Other times angels come to me as flashes of colored light at opportune moments.
Obviously, you have to be someone who is intuitively gifted to have these experiences. Though anyone can cultivate these kinds of experiences it could be very frustrating for those who can't do it immediately. It might take for some a lifetime of prayer and meditation to reach these states of consciousness. So, for the most part I'm writing this for people who have these experiences, for people who want to have these kinds of experiences and for people who need to believe these experiences to be scientific reality in order to choose to stay alive even one more day.

60 years of cultural changes
People might say to you, "Things are better now than they were in the 1950s." Well, having actually lived through the 1950s the REAL answer is both "Yes!" and "NO!".
In regard to men and women getting along things are both much better and much worse simultaneously. In regard to one man being able to support 4 or more people things are much worse! In regard to women's liberation and rights things are generally much better for women but also in other ways worse. And in regard to men things are also both better and worse.
For example, a woman is less likely to marry a man only for money and destroy his life simply because she generally now has much more access to both money and education and jobs. Also, a man who has gay relationships is much less like to marry a woman without telling her about them because of the increasing openness in our society of such things. Also, he is more likely to tell her because he might bring her AIDS and kill her indirectly if he cares about her at all when he marries her. So, these are very good things. Also, if a woman really hates men now she is more likely to live alone and men who hate women are more likely to live alone and not destroy the lives of those they marry for a variety of reasons.
However, in some ways things were much better for many people in the 1950s. It was safer in general then and there was a much more feeling of order because vigilantism was much more common in actuality. However, this also caused many problems in many segments of society. Though law is obeyed more now in general, all people then enforced the law to both better and worse ends. Just like in the 1800s people took law into their own hands more in the 1950s and before.
Now, it has drastically changed and there are only now, hardened criminals and gangs and generally law abiding people. This has created more of a police state "Big Brother" mentality and polarized people now in extreme ways. This kind of polarization did not really exist in the 1950s, at least not in the same way as now. I would say the world now is about 100 times scarier culturally than it was in the 1950s if one eliminated the constant threat of world nuclear annihilation that one experienced 24 hours a day from about 1950 until 1989.
The problems with Russia and China now don't take us completely back to threats of world nuclear annihilation. However, the likelihood of small countries like Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and possibly India or Israel or Iran becoming nuclear craters has increased.

.7006 is the value of the dollar against the Euro. Since both the Euro and the dollar are floating currencies there is no absolute only relativity. However, since 7-2-08 when the dollar was only .6294 against the Euro, it means that relative to the Euro the dollar has gained almost 10% in relative value against the Euro. In real terms it means that anyone with dollars can now buy 10% more goods relative to the Euro. Also relative to the Euro if one had say 1,000,000 dollars in the U.S. Stock Market it means without any changes in their stocks their money alone is valued about $100,000 more since July 2nd 2008 relative to the Euro. This is also why people are taking their money out of oil futures and buying dollars and dollar based stocks which is also reducing starvation for the poorer members of the planet and helping to keep them alive and able to buy food and not starve to death.

If I did my calculations right and I base my figures on 7 Billion total people on earth, then it means that approximately 7,000,000 households on earth own at least $5 million dollars in personal assets each or 25% of all personal wealth on earth at present.

When I was young and ignorant I used to believe that wealthy people were mostly bad. However, as an older adult having met many wealthy people, and educating myself, I have changed my opinion. If there were not wealthy disciplined people to help those less fortunate with jobs, education, survival, loans etc. most people on earth would have already starved to death. That's just the way pragmatic reality really is.

Since I was born the Republicans have said to the Democrats, "You are ignorant and naive and you aren't paranoid enough." Since I was born the Democrats have said to the Republicans, "You are racist, rich, abusive and you only think about yourselves and your own wealth!"
You know what? Both Parties are right(and wrong). So, in the end the general populace has to decide just how paranoid they need to be given the present world situations. This is what makes the two party system work.

This time was the 1950s through about 1973 and the Arab Oil embargo. One of the reasons Blacks and women and latinos and American Indians and all other minorities got rights was that the country was very rich during this time. Imaginary Friends
Every religion every belief is saying to everyone else, "My imaginary friend(friends) are more real and more powerful than your imaginary friend(friends).
To take it to a much less offensive place let's look at the volleyball that Tom Hanks accidentally put his bloody hand on in the movie "Cast Away". Wilson the volleyball is in some senses more "real" at least in a physical sense that what many people believe in on earth right now!
However, what may be much more important would be to understand humans NEED to believe is something in order to sleep at night. Without SOMETHING to believe in people I see all the time becoming alcholics, drug addicts and worse, just becoming psychotic in paranoid fear of everyone and everything.
So believing in SOMETHING is necessary for society and civilization itself to exist at all. The alternative is back to the law of the jungle where everyone mates with everyone and everyone kills anyone else at the slightest provocation.
So, obviously believing in something is necessary for the common good. However, when ANY belief system is forced upon anyone from cradle to grave psychological problems and psychotic behavior and the future collapse of that civilization is in the works.
Since I have watched many atheists give up their religious beliefs and turn to alcohol or drugs, especially in college, I can see that everyone needs to believe in something. Therefore, through some are egoistic enough to worship themselves or someone else in the cult of personality as a substitute for religious beliefs, most people don't do well thinking this way.
So recognizing that people need to believe in something to just stay alive, especially if they are alone, like Tom Hanks in Cast Away, one begins to understand the full scope of the problem internationally.
As long as one group says "My way or the highway, people will be tortured and killed on opposing sides whether people are on earth or if they migrate to other planets, dimensions or places and things we can't conceive of as yet.
In the meantime without imaginary friends of some kind, just like Tom Hanks in Cast Away, we all go crazy and die, even if that imaginary friend is our own ego!

I was listening to Palin's acceptance speech at the Republican Convention on TV and had a realization. I saw her at 75 and thought, "Oh my God! This is Dana Carvey's Saturday Night Live (SNL) Charactor "Churchlady" in real life!" What brought this home to me is her joke, "What's the difference between a Hockey Mom and a Pit Bull? Lipstick!" Churchlady!

Hamlet2: A cult classic
It's Rocky Horror Picture Show breaking of all boundaries once again. Hamlet2, although slow in the buildup, doesn't disappoint. First, you might think the Drama teacher is just nuts, insane and in serious need of psychological therapy. However, in addition to all that he is also very creative. At the same time he is hitting very serious issues in his life at all fronts. The result:The Play. An irreverent but poignant plea for survival and even sanity in a completely insane world!
It's extremely funny but not if you are offended by homosexuality, minor racism, sexism, and rock me sexy Jesus, you might not want to watch it or find it humorous. Also, you might think of it like Muslims thought when cartoons were made of Mohammed in Europe. Only this time instead of Mohammed it is Jesus on the chopping block. For me, I found it a way for those with problems to laugh and maybe not to commit suicide because of watching this movie and laughing about their problems instead of killing themselves!
Also, it is definitely not for kids. Maybe 13 to 17 depending upon the kid is the youngest that you might want to watch this. However, in the Hamlet mold of severely questioning reality it is!

The Mothership from 7000 AD

note:I think I should explain (fiction?) What this means to me is that I'm writing something that is likely true. However, what I'm writing about cannot be presently proved by modern day science or technology. An example of this would be like when the Kahuna Shamans of Hawaii first saw Captain Cook's ships. The common Hawaiian people saw them too but if they had talked about them would have been killed with a club quickly if they even spoke about the ships. So it was only for the Kahunas (Hawaiian Shamans) to even speak about the sailing ships with the white Ghosts from Europe on board. Another way for you to understand better would be if you imagined you were a cowboy who had just ridden his horse to California from Texas and it was 1870. Imagine if he arrived and saw someone riding a surfboard on the ocean. If that cowboy wrote a letter home to Texas in 1870 he might say, "I saw something really strange today. What looked like a man with blue eyes, blonde hair, and black skin(wet suit) walked on water like Jesus on some kind of I think wooden board." Back home everyone would think he was nuts. But if he saw this today you and I are used to seeing this in California, Hawaii and all over the world. So, as I write about this I'm like the cowboy writing home to his people.end note.
The mothership from 7000 AD hovered over the green belt on the California Coastal Pine and Oak forest. The ferns moved as if they too knew it had come. I first met Elohar and Ragna in 1969 when they came to tell me not to commit suicide as my life was pivotal to the survival of the human race on earth and out into the Galaxy and then Galaxies. At the time I was reaching for a reason to stay alive another minute as I had broken up with the love of my life and had been excommunicated from my church and had lost most of my closest friends since childhood likely for life. So I was searching for a way to stay alive. They said I was their son in their previous lives and they had been reborn and then had come to me from Fall 7028 from an area near the Matterhorn on what is now the Swiss-Italian Border which on their time line was the seat of world government at that time. Also, on their timeline there had been a very bad nuclear war and Russia, China, the United States, all of Europe, North and South America, Australia, Britain and most of the rest of the world was no longer habitable by genetically sound humans. So, basically unless people lived in the Alps of Europe they were genetically unsound mutants and basically berserk and crazy like animals.
One of the reasons they first came to me was to ask my help in creating a second timeline that began soon after 2000 AD in which the very serious nuclear war was prevented. You and I now live on this new timeline.
I hadn't seen them much the since Lake Tahoe a couple of years ago when the Mothership(this mothership that travels both time and space can house 500 comfortably or up to 10,000 cryogenically frozen humans at a time in an emergency.
Though there is ongoing contact between Earth Governments of the future and Earth Governments of the present back to about 1950, information about this is suppressed by the Governments through media in general. I am only allowed to write somewhat like an add placed in a newspaper for a newly opening business like a (Doing Business as) add. It is a token business notification of events demanded by Galactic Law.
So I watch the mothership hover above the forest while I watch my dogs. Elohar as usual contacts me telepathically and says, "Jonathan we're here." I say, "Hi Elohar. I haven't seen you for awhile. What's up!" Elohar says, "Well. Just like when we came one month before 9-11 in Mt. Shasta at Castle Lake and just like when we came and parked under Lake Tahoe for all the present day Government leaders of Earth to visit us, we are here today to hopefully prevent another problem. It appears that the Governments of Europe and the United States are underestimating power plays going on in both Russia and China. It is our hope that situations can be retified before millions die accidentally in a very unfortunate precedent."

"Can I come aboard, Elohar?" I say. "Yes. That is why we are here.". She said.
Instantly I found myself in the main lecture hall that seats about 500 people comfortably.

"How can I help you, Elohar?" She said, "This time I'm here to help you and Earth. Two times back we were in desperate need of your counseling because our civilization had been destroyed. You counseled us to break protocol and grab King Interlaken before he was killed and prevent the destruction of our civlization. Even though he was mad at first, he realized that the law against reawakening him if he was dead was both counterproductive and ridiculous and so that rule was permanently rescinded."
"So, what is it this time?", I said with concern building in my voice.
Elohar looked at me and said, "Synthetic reality is becoming a problem." I said, "What does that mean?" "Well. Since your civilization has never experienced this before, it is most akin to people who live alone and only read books and consider only books real in the past centuries, and who don't consider that physical reality is real."
I said, "I think I know where you're going with this but give me a little more before I try to stop you with what I think you mean."
Elohar went on, "There is a type of psychological problem that comes from believing only in what happens on a computer and not believing that anything else is real or meaningful. The full problem of this cannot be fully experienced usually by a society until it is too late for that society to recover. Imagine, for example, that it became vogue for everyone to take a certain type of poison that was lethal. And then imagine that the pain and death feedback loop was broken so that no one could really learn of this problem."
I said, "Let me stop you there. How could the feedback pain and death loop be broken? How is that possible?" Elohar went on, "Because all the leaders and most educated on earth have to become addicted to this poison in order to succeed. But here the problem is not a physical poison but a mental and psychological one. Since absolutely no one has ever seen this problem before en masse on earth among the educated portions of civilization, no civilization really has any way to understand it. The most basic way to say this is that common sense on multiple levels has been circumvented and will cause serious problems to educated people using and abusing computers and the like over the next 300 years."
"One way to look at this is survival of the fittest. However, that is very harsh, because it means that the leaders of today will spawn those who won't and can't survive in the far future. It is very unfortunate!"
I said, "So, this is sort of like AIDS, The Black Plague and stuff like that only it screws things up over hundreds of years?" Elohar said, "Unfortunately, YES!"
note:I think I should explain (fiction?) What this means to me is that I'm writing something that is likely true. However, what I'm writing about cannot be presently proved by modern day science or technology. An example of this would be like when the Kahuna Shamans of Hawaii first saw Captain Cook's ships. The common Hawaiian people saw them too but if they had talked about them would have been killed with a club quickly if they even spoke about the ships. So it was only for the Kahunas (Hawaiian Shamans) to even speak about the sailing ships with the white Ghosts from Europe on board. Another way for you to understand better would be if you imagined you were a cowboy who had just ridden his horse to California from Texas and it was 1870. Imagine if he arrived and saw someone riding a surfboard on the ocean. If that cowboy wrote a letter home to Texas in 1870 he might say, "I saw something really strange today. What looked like a man with blue eyes, blonde hair, and black skin(wet suit) walked on water like Jesus on some kind of I think wooden board." Back home everyone would think he was nuts. But if he saw this today you and I are used to seeing this in California, Hawaii and all over the world. So, as I write about this I'm like the cowboy writing home to his people.end note.
The mothership from 7000 AD hovered over the green belt on the California Coastal Pine and Oak forest. The ferns moved as if they too knew it had come. I first met Elohar and Ragna in 1969 when they came to tell me not to commit suicide as my life was pivotal to the survival of the human race on earth and out into the Galaxy and then Galaxies. At the time I was reaching for a reason to stay alive another minute as I had broken up with the love of my life and had been excommunicated from my church and had lost most of my closest friends since childhood likely for life. So I was searching for a way to stay alive. They said I was their son in their previous lives and they had been reborn and then had come to me from Fall 7028 from an area near the Matterhorn on what is now the Swiss-Italian Border which on their time line was the seat of world government at that time. Also, on their timeline there had been a very bad nuclear war and Russia, China, the United States, all of Europe, North and South America, Australia, Britain and most of the rest of the world was no longer habitable by genetically sound humans. So, basically unless people lived in the Alps of Europe they were genetically unsound mutants and basically berserk and crazy like animals.
One of the reasons they first came to me was to ask my help in creating a second timeline that began soon after 2000 AD in which the very serious nuclear war was prevented. You and I now live on this new timeline.
I hadn't seen them much the since Lake Tahoe a couple of years ago when the Mothership(this mothership that travels both time and space can house 500 comfortably or up to 10,000 cryogenically frozen humans at a time in an emergency.
Though there is ongoing contact between Earth Governments of the future and Earth Governments of the present back to about 1950, information about this is suppressed by the Governments through media in general. I am only allowed to write somewhat like an add placed in a newspaper for a newly opening business like a (Doing Business as) add. It is a token business notification of events demanded by Galactic Law.
So I watch the mothership hover above the forest while I watch my dogs. Elohar as usual contacts me telepathically and says, "Jonathan we're here." I say, "Hi Elohar. I haven't seen you for awhile. What's up!" Elohar says, "Well. Just like when we came one month before 9-11 in Mt. Shasta at Castle Lake and just like when we came and parked under Lake Tahoe for all the present day Government leaders of Earth to visit us, we are here today to hopefully prevent another problem. It appears that the Governments of Europe and the United States are underestimating power plays going on in both Russia and China. It is our hope that situations can be retified before millions die accidentally in a very unfortunate precedent."

Choose your Life and Choose your Death
Some of my father's last words to me were: "Don't ever let your mother be put in an old folks home!" I said, "I'll take care of her, Dad." And he died then in 1985. I was 37. He was 69 and she was then 66.
However, I was not able to keep that promise to my father. It all worked out okay until my mother was 82 years old. However, after my son who was then in his 20s had lived with her through college to look after her part time she went with me and my then 10 year old daughter to Scotland and Europe for three weeks. I thought my 10 year old would be the most difficult but she was a breeze because she was having fun. No, my normally, mellow and wonderful mother started turning into a confused grouch during this trip through Europe. I had no idea what was wrong at that point. But I later learned she was exhibiting Transfer Trauma,one of the first noticeable symptoms of both Alzheimer's and Senile Dementia(hardening of the arteries in the brain).
I and my family had to institutionalize her after she almost burned down her apartment. We had told her not to use the stove, only the microwave as she wasn't tracking well.
But instead she turned on the stove after setting a plastic tupperware bowl on an electric burner and then proceeded to pray that the flames wouldn't burn the apartment down. When my son returned from his work he called me and we both realized she had to be put in a facility. This was one of the most awful experiences of my life. To watch my mother from December 2001 go through about 50 different personalities and slowly regress back into childhood and now to a basically animal state. My most recent experience of her when entering her room was like a whimpering dog because she hasn't known who I was or who she is for about 2 years now. I realized I just can't deal with this anymore.
My mother was one of the most wonderful women I have ever met. She was not a rocket scientist but she was an incredible singer and very kind and gentle person and was one of the most intuitive Scottish Celtic people I have ever known(both her parents were mostly raised in Scotland even though they both were born here to Scottish born Parents).
So to slowly watch her physically and mentally turn first into an incompetent and then a child and then a 2 year old and now an animal who doesn't know me is a lot like letting your mother die and then watching wolves slowly eat her like carrion for 7 years. It's enough to make most people crazy. Since I have a wife and 2 daughters and a son, and 2 step kids and two god daughters and many friends and relatives I could not afford to go down into oblivion with my mother. I am sorry Dad but life is for the living!
Since that trip to Europe in 1999 I have learned one awful truth, Choose your life and choose your own death or you could wind up just a howling animal like my mother vulnerable in all ways to any and all caregivers good and bad!

Palin's Daughter
Having been a father since 1974 I can see that a parent doesn't really have absolute control of their daughter getting pregnant or not. Luckily with my stepdaughter, she watched her mother give birth to her half sister, my biological daughter which helped her not get pregnant at 15, 16 or 17. Depending upon your point of view unfortunately or fortunately, Palin's daughter was likely inspired by all the attention her mother got while being pregnant and decided to get some attention herself and quickly got pregnant. This could be a quite normal reaction if her daughter either consciously or unconsciously felt she wasn't getting the attention she needed from her family. This sort of thing has gone on down through history since time immemmorial.
Does it say anything about Palin as Vice President? The only thing it says to me is: Palin has obviously sacrificed her children's well being to her career. It is up to you to judge her or not judge her for that depending upon your point of view. Enough said.

Living Buddhas
There are at least 1000s of Living Buddhas on planet earth right now. Some know they are living Buddhas, some don't, and some suspect that they are living Buddhas because they tend to be both very intelligent and very intuitive in very special ways.
What these beings all share is a commitment to kindness toward all life on earth and throughout the universe. Not a commitment to idiot compassion but a commitment toward the most efficient way to help all beings to kindness and away from long and short term suffering.
Many know from birth who they are. Others suspect by their teens and still others suspect they are living Buddhas anytime from their twenties to their early 40s. Others are moving towards becoming living Buddhas through right thoughts, right compassion and reducing the suffering of themselves and all others in the most efficient ways possible.
I consider beings like Jesus, St. Francis of Assisi, Moses and many other saints of all religions to be living Buddhas. Mostly you can tell who they are by their attitude and actions, although many if not most prefer to work anonymously. By being an anonymous Living Buddha one can change the world in amazing ways without any interference, moving the whole world toward a heaven realm right here on earth so that beings don't have to die to experience a heaven realm.
