Putin must be dancing now and having parties with his ex-KGB cohorts from the 1980s. What just happened has been the goal of the KGB for as long as I can remember. A Death Blow to the CIA!
Though there may be ways to regroup the Cyber warfare units of the CIA over time, this will take millions and billions of dollars and without the help of Tech companies in the U.S. this is never going to happen.
You also notice that Trump is destroying our tech companies by targeting them through ending H1B visas for foreign programmers that are the basis of all this technological knowhow in the first place because most Americans are not willing to spend the time necessary to be really qualified programmers anymore. It is just too tedious.
Even I who learned Fortran and COBOL and eventually Basic Programming took only about 5 years to realize it was so tedious that I didn't want to spend the rest of my life doing this. However, for the foreign Brain Trust, making $100,000 to $1,000,000 or more if you are in America as an entrepreneur or even taking that knowledge back to your home country there is literally no limit to how much money you can make.
IN Silicon Valley, Millionaires and Billionaires happen overnight. And Trump presently is destroying all this by messing up H1B visas for highly talented Foreign workers who have Master's degrees from places like IIT (India Institute of Technology) who also already speak English as well.
So, the one two punch that Putin, Trump and Bannon have delivered to our Intelligence Community with the Wikileaks dump combined with the H1B visa problem Trump has also created are the temporary or permanent Coup De Grace to U.S. Cyber Intelligence at present.
Putin likely is so happy to destroy what he was fighting since the 1980s when he was a KGB Colonel behind the IRON Curtain in East Germany in East Berlin before the Berlin Wall fell.
Everything Putin worked for in the KGB in his youth has been fulfilled in the destruction of the CIA now!
Spies and patriots of America since the OSS, the Beginning of the CIA and all American patriots who have sacrificed everything including their lives are now turning over in their graves at the destruction of U.S. intelligence through the CIA Cyber units.
Putin has succeeded in destroying not only our government by putting Trump in place but also our ability to spy on foreign nations effectively through our CIA.
The whole world should be now quaking in their boots because any bad thing now can and will happen here on earth because of this! The leader of the free world just got it's pants pulled down during an important theoretical address to the whole world. And that leader is Trump.
Putin just pulled down Trump's pants as a president showing the world that Trump is Putin's patsy once and for all.
