IN the 1950s, 1940s, 1960s, 70s, 80s, 90s people who were important to ufos were just chipped.
In other words put unconscious, given memory reducers, so they wouldn't remember what happened (at least with their conscious minds) I still remember these types of things but I'm someone capable of consciously accessing my subconscious mind which isn't as affected by amnesiac drugs as most people are.
So, Cell phones and Smart phones are used for the same purpose as chips were for UFOs only now not only do UFOs have access to this information but also the most developed governments on earth do too.
Why do they do it?
It's easy. The primary reason is Time Wars.
Time WARs?
Yes.
Time wars make it so our descendants are never born. So, if someone comes through time and eliminates one of us then the future doesn't happen (at least not the way it did before).
In order to prevent that from happening all developed nations people are chipped through their cell phones and smart phones. So, they no longer need to be put unconscious and have a locator chip put in them to track, instead they can just keep their cell phone or smart phone with them and on and it serves the same purpose of preventing Time wars in the past, present and future.
And even if there were a time war or Time skirmish time could be rearranged using the data on cellphones and smart phones pretty much so people in the future who are world leaders are still born and grow up to be leaders.
