Looks like Rain coming down heavily in Santa Barbara and Monterey and Santa Cruz counties right now
The cell presently hitting monterey and Santa Cruz Counties is troubling because of several fires recently in the Santa Cruz mountains and surrounding areas. Also, within the last 2 years time there have been extreme fires in Monterey County also. The Montecito area is very vulnerable to flash flooding also because of what the Thomas fire did last January to the area and another cell is hitting that area right now.
