I think that the texting in the theater murder and the killing a teen over loud music murder are sort of the same kind of crime. In fact, Seth Rogan is making a movie that comes out soon about it about a fraternity that moves in next door and that is inconsiderate of a family with a baby. So, I think people in general in the U.S. are much less tolerant than they once were when things were going better in the 1950s through about 2000. Most people are just so very pissed off about the last 14 years that it doesn't take some people much to kill someone lately here in the U.S. And so the most armed in public states (mostly more southern or Western States) I think you are going to see more of this ongoing.

Most of the people doing these sorts of things might never have been to a counselor or psychologist or priest or minister to talk about what's bothering them. So, when the proverbial straw breaks the camel's back in these people they might be just law abiding people who have simply had enough and someone dies.

Because of the times we live in I expect to see even more murders like this especially in the southern States but possibly other places in the U.S. as well until the average person's life gets better than it presently is.
