Portland running out of gas because of Ice

This caught my eye in the last ice in Portland news. The Semis can't get into Portland because they can't get safe traction on the icy roads. So, as a result Portland is running out of gasoline at gas stations. Hopefully, the ice will melt or rain will fall and melt the ice soon so gasoline and diesel shipments can make it through to Portland, Oregon.
