Emilie A. Frank's "Mt. Shasta California's Mystic Mountain"

This is a book by Emilie A Frank

The strangest things in my life have happened in 3 places on earth. I suppose 4 if I include a friends cabin in the desert. These three places are: India, (also Nepal), Hawaiian Islands, and Mt. Shasta and of course, Yucca Mesa above the town of Yucca Valley 30 miles from Palm Springs.

Oh, I have to add one place Sedona, Arizona last summer visiting Shaman's Cave near there with my older daughter and wife.

If you haven't ever experienced Mt. Shasta then you cannot understand how different it is from any other place you have been. IF you are intuitive it is like plugging yourself into a wall socket compared to life in a city where your intuitions increase sometimes 5 or 10 times regarding almost anything. AT times it is so powerful that it is like waking up overlooking a 100 foot cliff at the ocean sense wise.

But, I cannot explain this to you, likely you have to go to the mountain and then slow down enough to experience it by being in nature away from your cell phones, and other electronic devices long enough to understand what it is I'm talking about, otherwise you have no idea what I mean at all.

But, this book is a taste of what it does to some people. I can't say I agree with all these things. Some of these things sound completely crazy to me. But, some things similar to these things I have experienced myself around Mt. Shasta.

For example, the two most amazing physical and real experiences with UFOs I experienced here in Mt. Shasta. The first was in May 1974 and the 2nd was Summer 1992. I don't say this lightly either because many of us intuitives have experiences all the time. It's just here there were physical things that let me know this wasn't just an intuitive experience but real as real as you and I are. As real as walking outside your home. As real as driving your car to work. That real!

But, this is just one level of experiences here. There are hundreds of other levels people tune into also. Some people can deal with their experiences and stay balanced and some just have to eventually take a trip to the looney bin.

any way you look at it Mt. Shasta really is a place Gurus will send you from India and Nepal instead of Mt. Kailash if you live here in the U.S. because you will suffer less hardships here than there as a westerner as a general rule and you can do your practices here in the comforts of America at the foot of the Mountain.

So, I guess what I have to say about Mt. Shasta is you have to be really brave and to know yourself quite well and be balanced if you are going to learn from Mt. Shasta it's true secrets that span the entire Galaxy.

Because otherwise, you might not make it to a sane place trying to do this.

If you are not grounded and stable when you go to Shasta, you might be more confused when you leave.

It is not a panacea, it is a lot like going to Graduate School to get a PHD. You have to be balanced and organized to get all the way there. You have to be dedicated to learning new things. And most of all you need to have compassion for yourself and all beings in the past, present and future of the entire universe for this experience to be a good one.

For example, I helped a friend build his house on 2 1/2 acres of land there in 1976. Since then he has built two music studios and has made a successful music and recording career ever since. The mountain deeply affects the kinds of music he writes and this changes both his life and other lives around the world.

However, trying to make a good living in Mt. Shasta can be difficult. I found I had trouble making a living for 5 in my family so often I returned to the Bay area and bought a business or something like that to become more successful. So, I haven't returned to live in Mt. Shasta since 1992 even though I am up there at least 4 times a year because I experience it as my spiritual home on earth.

Whenever I go there now it charges up my spiritual battery seeing old friends and communing with Mt. Shasta through skiing or hiking or swimming in mountain lakes depending upon the time of year. But, always I feel at home when I am there like no place else on earth.
