Heavy rain from a slow-moving storm flooded roads and neighborhoods in eastern Baltimore County early Tuesday evening.
SkyTeam 11 reported from over Pulaski Highway, which was closed because of floodwater at Martin Boulevard.
A short distance away, SkyTeam 11 reported from over Transverse Avenue, where floodwater was building around dozens of houses.
