"I am Healing"

This is a very useful prayer or mantra for everyone.

The reason for this is many reasons. First of all, you are saying this quietly to yourself for the purpose of convincing your cells and subconscious (both really the same thing if you understand what I'm saying).

2nd you are convincing yourself that you are healing 24 hours a day, physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually and on all levels of consciousness.

You can also "If this works for you" expand it out and say it for all life on earth  ongoing as well.

And if you experience this as happening and if you understand you are a co-creator with God and ordained as such all this manifests ongoing 24 hours a day it IS manifesting 24 hours a day.

What might be helpful is having a concept of how this works when you send it out to all life on earth.

My concept of this (yours can be different and work for you by the way), my concept is seeing all life on earth including humans, animals, trees, whales, plants, everything of each having it's own divine self. So, as you say "I AM Healing" you experience yourself as all life on earth and connected to the diving selves of all beings on earth for the purpose of helping God manifest this ongoing 24 hour healing to all life on earth.

Everyone has their own relationship and covenant with the Creative intelligence "God" of the whole universe. I would advise any of you who have not created your personal covenant with God to do so soon in these intense times here on earth when Global Warming, smoke, fires, tornadoes and hurricanes will take many people out around the world. It is very useful to have your relationship and covenant with God in order in case your physical body doesn't survive these times. Your entry into heaven is much easier if your relationship with God the creator of the universe is more clear between you and God.
