These countries are not saying you can't have a gas or diesel car they are just saying you won't be able to buy a new one

So, this is what you are going to have to expect in:
China, India, France, Britain and Norway  within 20 or so years: NO NEW GAS OR DIESEL VEHICLES EVER SOLD THERE AGAIN.

However, if you look at places like Cuba where they couldn't get new cars they still are running gasoline powered 1950s Fords, Chevys, Dodges etc. from the 1950s before Castro came in. And these are the taxis you still see there home modified since then.
