Sit in when your company collapses

It turns out the bad publicity for Bank of america when all those workers at the window and door factory lost their jobs in Chicago and did a sit in to reclaim their benefits that were illegally denied them with their 3 day notice terminations. The law in that area or possibly even federally is 6 weeks notice which was not done.

However, after all the publicity, bank of america was shamed into helping these folks.

I think this method of reclaiming needed and promised benefits for family survival will be utilized around the country in the future to obtain just dues for workers.
