Human Evolution

We all are evolving from Conception.

But, likely if we consider our souls which could each be potentially billions of years old each, we have to take it to another level entirely. For example, I remember millions of years into the past and future because I have already lived millions of years in thousands to millions of different types of incarnations already in the past, present and future of our galaxy. But, many people either don't remember or don't want to remember for a variety of reasons which I completely understand.

Even I am very careful tuning into past lives because unless you have a good reason to do so it can be counter productive let alone confusing in the extreme. Because, you are the sum total of all the incarnations you might have had in the past, present and future already.

For example, souls might not consider what planet or even dimension they are in as the most important thing. It is more like you are in a university when you take incarnation on a planet like earth or a dimension like a Heaven realm because both a heaven realm and a place like earth are equally real and unreal simultaneously. It's sort of like when you are in a dream at night everything feels as real as when you are awake. Then you awaken and wonder "Was the dream real or was physical reality real?" How you answer this question is obviously up to you. However, I find it most useful like Tibetan Buddhists do to say, "Dreams and reality are equally real and unreal simultaneously.

The advantage of thinking like this is to realize everything is temporary and fleeting and passing and it allows us not to get too attached to anything in a way where it might harm us to lose all these things good or bad or indifferent.

So, this is also a good way to protect oneself from the more extreme forms of PTSD by this attitude.

Also, what if you suddenly died at any age and then find yourself outside of your body without your family and friends who are still alive there to comfort you?

Yes. you might meet relatives passed on but are you really prepared to do that right now?

So, realizing everything is temporary whether dreams or physical reality prepares one then for almost any outcome better.
