Republicans say Obamacare is failing. But they neglect to mention the Executive ORder that TRump signed to gut Obamacare. This executive order basically said the patient has no rights to sue, the insurer has no rights to sue the provider has no rights to sue.
So, if you take all legal rights (to do anything legally) away from the patient, the insurer, the insured and the government the whole thing becomes ridiculous but this is what the Trump executive order did when he first got into office.
So, they are speaking the truth but it is only true because Trump did it with an executive order.
So, wouldn't you consider this to be a lie or at the very least misrepresenting the truth?
