I was thinking about those who live on their boats on the ocean around Florida

Many of these boats are now either washed far into the land or sunk or too damaged to live on. So, even if they could scrape together the money to evacuate north it is often likely their boats will never be livable again and likely will have to be replaced if they have insurance or the wealth to do this.Otherwise there are going to be thousands of more homeless people from Florida who have lost everything and so have no choice but to leave and go somewhere else. So, I think you are going to now see Florida homeless refugees across the U.S. and around the world.
