Telesur?

Another software anomaly from the world internet appears to be hanging on to my site somehow. I have no control of this kind of thing by the way. I suppose if I wanted to spend 1/2 hour or more going into the HTML deep enough to de-bug whatever this is I could do this but I have better things to do with my energy today.
