The best way to say this is leaders are always both. Just look at Trump as King George III of England. His craziness then created the United States and all the changes here on earth.
What will he be now?
An Equal amount of changes to earth in Good, bad and in indifferent ways.
I cannot say exactly but I know he is as big a change as Lenin and Stalin and Mao Tse Tung were to the world put together.
But what this all means only the historians will be able to say in retrospect 100 years from now.
Did I support Trump?
No! not at all.
But like Descartes once said, "There is nothing so bad that no good may come of it.
and conversely "There is nothing so good that no bad may come of it."
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
