Basically, they wanted to go back to something like Kaiser Wilhelm of World War I who was the last King to rule over Germany. But even Hitler I believe wanted a democracy with only white males Voting? So, they wanted to reinstall a relative of Kaiser Wilhelm which would be a totalitarian state more like Putin in Russia than Hitler was.
