And the other factor in Lahaina, Maui on top of this is that the AVERAGE price of a house in Maui is
1.5 million dollars!
IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT THIS DOES TO LOCAL DYNAMICS THIS IS REALLY HORRIFIC FOR LOCALS WHO HAVE LIVED IN THESE HOMES ALREADY FOR 50 OR 100 YEARS AND DIDN'T HAVE FIRE INSURANCE.
FOR MANY IN PLACES LIKE PARADISE AND LAHAINA THERE IS NO WAY BACK HOME!
