5,700 more deaths than usual recorded in France during heat wave

After my ex-wife and I divorced in 1977 she went and married a French Musician and Lived in France until the late 1980s and she said that it's the metal roofs there that are killing people. It makes the homes too hot to survive there when it's really hot. When these homes were built it never go this hot but now these metal roofs are killing people right and left who cannot afford air conditioning because of the high cost of Electricity and fuel in Europe.
