By analyzing every experience you have had that you can remember. What makes sense when you look at all your experiences however far back that you can remember?
People might talk to you wanting to convince you of this or that but you have the real treasure trove right in your own memories of what you experienced all your life up to now.
Then new experiences also influence your belief system over time as well.
So, what you believe today might not be what you believe is real tomorrow.
Life, after all is an ongoing process where you refine your knowledge and experiences 24 hours a day from conception and possibly even before conception if you believe you have an immortal soul as well.
So, refining your belief systems in multiple contexts is useful in dealing with life all your life.
It is useful in obtaining longevity if this is your wish too.
What is real?
What Will be Real tomorrow?
Life and experience and understanding is an ongoing process after all that never ends as long as we are alive.
We are learning new things every moment we live ongoing all the time.
