"I don't want to have to wear a space suit to drive to the Grocery Store" My wife

I suddenly had a flash of what would be technologically possible with a self driving motor vehicle. As I described this to my wife she said, "I don't want to have to wear a space suit to drive to the Grocery Store". I laughed really hard and said to her: "That would be a great title for an article" as I drove her to a doctor's appointment.

Because this is what I realized: IF you take what is technologically possible for a self driving vehicle to actually do to it's limits then you would have to literally be trussed up like jet fighter pilots capable of surviving up to 10 Gs. And at that point you would have to wear something to keep your head from exiting your body by tethering your head (so your neck wouldn't break) doing extreme starts, and stops and right angle turns at around 100 or more miles per hour.

It is one reason why now drones can do things in the air (and on land) that would kill any human passenger on board. This is also true of water born craft as well where technology likely can withstand up to 10 times or more the punishment that a human body could even survive.

So, this is also why warfare will not be conducted in the field by humans because things will start to move so quickly that humans couldn't possible physically keep up with the literally break-neck pace.

Note: This also explains to me why Time Space displacement would have been invented for warfare and traveling anywhere in the galaxy instantly (according to the perceptions of the occupants) even if the ship took centuries to get there in actuality because the occupants of the space ship would experience being there instantly. Also, this would allow a return to their homeland instantly as well even if the real time might be hundreds or thousands of years in the future as far as the ship was concerned in actual travel time. So, this avoids never seeing your family again because all trips can leave, then arrive at whatever point in time they want to and return home at whatever time they want to which could literally also be any time before they actually left.

This also would prevent death doing extreme right angle turns at 3000 to 5000 miles per hour in those space ships observed many many times now over earth in the last 75 or more years here on earth.
