If 9.4 % of Americans have Type 2 diabetes then it is logical that 7% to 8% of these people might die from not enough insulin because they cannot afford it at some point in the next 5 to 10 years time.
I think it is important to blame the Trump administration for these deaths in order to be realistic about this at this point because of the almost complete destruction of Obamacare. Trump's is the most Killing of any U.S. presidential administration since the Cold War ended.
