Getting Angry in a constructive way might create a life for you in your 20s but by your 40s that same anger can sometimes kill you outright

I can speak to this only because I got angry in a constructive way in my 20s and because of my constructive Anger joined the "Back to the land movement". At the time I didn't want to have a mortgage and be a slave to a mortgage the rest of my life. And in fact I never had  mortgage ever since except Business loans for starting and running businesses ever since.

But, I noticed when I divorced in my 40s and was trying to get custody of my daughter who was then 5 to 7 years old because she wasn't safe in that situation with her mother at the time that same anger almost killed me even though it was constructive anger.

This Constructive Anger which allowed my daughter to have a good life as an end result almost killed me through a heart virus and forced me to retire at age 50.

So, what I'm saying here is be careful of the anger you feel at any age but unless you use that anger in a really constructive way for yourself and everyone else that same anger often will take your life just like it almost did mine even though my anger was for the very noble cause of making sure my daughter could grow up safely at the time.
