How do you stop drone attacks around the world

 Unfortunately, one of the best ways to stop drone attacks is to use and EMP generating device which will destroy everything electrical on board a War Drone. However, the problem with actually doing this is anything within miles of this device going off will be electrically fried too, like cars and trucks and refrigerators and TVs and water pumps (everything electrical). So, unless someone is carrying nuclear weapons to get you it might not be useful to set of an EMP to fry everything electrical within miles. Also, often it is unknown what will happen to all people in an area when something like this is set off.
