It was later in the day but I realized if I didn't go then the sun would soon be down. When I arrived at the beach there were many surfers surfing in the stormy weather when often waves are bigger and better formed as long as you are a really strong surfer and know your beach and where all the rocks and boulders are underwater. It's not just sandy here underwater but stretches of Sand and rocks and kelp beds all over.
When I left it started to sprinkle on my trucks front window and I realized by the time I got to the beach I wanted to walk my dog at that the rain was starting to come down harder and harder. But, since I had a hooded rain jacket that is a shell I decided to go anyway because it was only 64 degrees out which is pretty warm for a rain storm. I was even able to go barefoot through the ocean water which I always like to do too.
But, when I turned around to head back to my truck I hit the full force of the rain on my face and that wasn't as pleasant as having it just hit the back of my Rain Shell and hood but I managed to sort of stay dry anyway enough so I took my jacket off so the seats wouldn't get wet from my jacket and turned my jacket inside out so it wouldn't wet the seat of my truck.
But, it was nice to be out in the weather. It doesn't rain much in California so this was a good and rare experience. We expect the most rain Today Wednesday and Friday and a little bit on Thursday and Saturday too. Wednesday and Friday are the 90% chance of rain days in this grouping.
