She is very pregnant and said she has been hospitalized twice for throwing up too much and needing Intravenous hydration to stay alive. So, she has had a very rough time of it so far. they put saline solution of water into you so you don't die from dehydration in the hospital.
She is a real Trooper to do a special like this pregnant and joked she almost pooped her pants while doing the special. But, the audience loved her, especially when she lifted her dress to reveal her baby bump with two bandaids over her belly button that she said she put there to hold her belly button in place during pregnancy. So, she never stops being funny.
She is likely the most honest of Female Comics in some ways ever, just like Richard Pryor was likely the most honest Male Comic I've ever seen in my life. And many male and female comics have paved the way both before and after them all too.
Her special is completely different than other specials she has done and I'm in awe that she could do this while this pregnant while having a troubled pregnancy. She joked with her husband that she just couldn't do this anymore at one point and he said "Really?" and she then took it back and kept on going like a trooper. So, I hope everything turns out okay for her in the end.
