Before doctors and health care those who had the biggest sword or club with the strongest arm usually survived and everyone else died along the way.

And the men with the biggest swords and the biggest clubs raped the most women and got those women pregnant etc.

So, it appears Trump is taking us back to the rape and pillage model of the world once again towards the complete lack of civility.
