A nuclear event often happens (many times since 1945) but then it is erased by time cadres of this planet or others. This is basically what happens. So, some of you might have nightmares of nightmarish deaths in dying in nuclear blasts or whatever. Did that really happen? Yes.
But, then it was changed to the history you are living now.
This is how retroactive time changing actually works. So, this is mostly what the UN and U.S. military has been doing now since 1945 (with help from other planets).
