If Cohen is allowed to decide which files require Attorney Client Privilege that is ridiculous
Cohen's offices were not raided without due cause which is why Cohen's argument that HE should decide what should be governed by attorney client privilege and what is not is ridiculous because all he has to do is to say that anything that is harmful to him or Trump IS an Attorney client privileged document or data on a drive thereby making the whole thing ridiculous in the beginning, middle and end.
