This type of technology is capable of transmitting instantly across the galaxy by a combination of technologies. For example, in the same way saucer UFO technology that Eisenhower bought in the early 1950s to prevent nuclear wars retroactively here on earth can also be used to make sure you have instantaneous communication across whole galaxies. However, it might be more important for you to imagine how this is possible rather than me going into it if you are techie enough. That way this technology will also exist here on earth to be able to communicate easily with future spacecraft across whole galaxies.
By displacing time you can have instantaneous communication to anywhere in this galaxy or another which is why UFO Saucer technology is also used when aliens visit here on earth often because time and space is also displaced when that happens.
Most people don't seem to realize yet that most "aliens" visiting earth are from 7000 to 100,000 to 1,000,000 years into the future. They come back mostly to visit their ancestors and to repair time so they can be born on time and not just cease to exist having never been born.
In order for them to be born time has to not be altered now.
So, understanding that time travel between time periods and time lines is a real thing, you understand what is going on a lot more understanding this.
In other words "There could have been 50,000 nuclear wars already where earth blew up here on earth into an asteroid belt and it would look just like it does now outside because all those things were repaired through time travel so we still have an earth to live on."
How does one accomplish this?
You back track and track down those who did it and kill them before it happened!
So, it never happened! And all major nations on earth agree that this is how it should be done by the way!
