At the time this was based upon "Theoretical Science" that I had already studied about before then. By now here on earth (beyond the Galactic Time Guard) secret agents likely have microprocessors built right into their ear canal two way radios that operate likely using Bluetooth. Even now I own hearing aids that can operate with Bluetooth and be adjusted directly from my IPhone. So, one can only imagine how advanced Earth Based Spy Technology is at this point beyond anything I'm writing about regarding the "Biocom". I can imagine earth based technology with both Cell phone like quality worldwide through ear pieces shoved up into the ear canal with two way communication but likely with the ability also to check vital signs somehow in the operative in case they "pass out" where help could be sent (like with biocom") so this technology including all sorts of Artificial intelligence will continue to develop until the biocom I'm writing about here used by the Galactic Time Guard will also be used by Earth based governments here on earth as well.
One of the benefits of extreme micro miniaturization is that a computer the size of a warehouse can now operate that is the size of a pin head on a pin which is why all of this is now possible. And the other thing with micro miniaturization is that you don't need much electricity to run things that small either and they can still transmit in a two way configuration especially if they are linked to a cell phone in an operative's pocket at the time. You can also have cameras on the face of an operative the size of a mole as well so you might not be able to tell the difference between that mole or a fake one. And Batteries exist to operate something like that as well now too including microphones very very small. So, you don't have to see ANY camera visible now to be video recorded with people watching you live all over the world. It might just be a fake mole on a person's face relaying seamlessly to a smartphone and from there around the world to anyone or to everyone.
