This likely is the main difference between a provincial Earth born person and a Galactic Citizen.
It's also true that an Earthborn Human can become a Galactic Citizen too of course.
What is a Galactic Citizen thinking?
He or she or it is thinking that travel between any two points physically or through time and space both is instantaneous IF the Galactic Citizen is allowed to travel both time and space.
And there are always emergencies when a Galactic Citizen would be allowed to travel time or space especially if they are killed by some accident or something and retroactively brought back to life in the past, present or future through time manipulation of one kind or another.
