I just heard on PBS Newshour that women leaving their state for an abortion in another state are leaving their cell phones behind at home so they won't be tracked by law within their state trying to punish them for leaving the state for an abortion.
This is sort of horrific that even women who can afford to drive or fly to another state for an abortion have this much fear that they won't even bring their cell phones with them.

One in five patients crossed state lines to obtain an abortion in 2023 double the number from 2020.
