My experience is that a Family of Creators (different families) create all galaxies. So, what a galaxy actually is to the creators of all the galaxies is their farm or ranch where they can have more children just like people with farms or ranches can have more children than Hunter Gatherers generally speaking.
If you want to understand who built these galaxies it is our souls which are basically immortal simply because our species of souls that is inhabiting these physical bodies on earth are these souls which are actually not just souls but a galaxy building species of energy being that does not naturally live in time and space. You might say "What?"
You might say: "How can a being exist without time and space?"
Actually Unknown matter is 96% of the known universe whereas only 4% of the universe is Galaxies and ONLY in galaxies does Time and Space exist.
First of all, time only has meaning going from one point to another point and the time it takes to go from one point to another point. Whether this is physically moving or just a series of thoughts moving through our minds it doesn't matter. Thoughts can exist in time and space and humans can exist in time and space but Souls (Our Soul Species that Creates Galaxies as farms or ranches) doesn't naturally live in time and space but they can just like we as members of the Soul species that Creates galaxies live in these human bodies now on earth.
If you see the Milky Way Galaxy as a Family Farm or Family Ranch that someone built and owns because they built it, then you understand that it is different than how governments work on earth and the Galaxy is more like a Farm or Ranch that someone owns more than anything else.
Understanding this is helpful to your life here on earth as a Creator soul living here on planet earth in the form of a human being in a human body.
