This movie is made by Guy Ritchie which is about the real Gus March Phillips from England who was the REAL James Bond that Ian Fleming wrote about. Ian Fleming actually met and worked with Gus by the way and both Knew and worked with Winston Churchill. However, it's important to know that Guy Ritchie Hollywooded this up a lot but it is still based upon true events that allowed the U.S. to ship our boys overseas to England relatively safely which allowed the Normandy invasion eventually to succeed. Also, in real life Gus married Marjorie Stewart who is the lady Spy in this movie.
