Soul Travel

Beginning Soul Travel- When I first started Soul TRaveling consciousnessly and entered this new conscious paradigm I was college age. In this paradigm one experiences that a human body is a vehicle and that the soul is the real self. So one views ones body like a very valuable irreplaceable like car that one gets in to drive around Earth. But one in this new paradigm realizes also that one can get out of ones car and go places also just as a soul if one knows what one is doing. And under some circumstances it is safe to do so.

Advanced Soul Travel- After ten years of traveling all over earth, our Solar System, especially, Earth, Venus and into the Sun and through the Sun direct to the Center of our Galaxy and then to the edge of our Galaxy and past I found myself terrified by being out alone past the edge of the Galaxy. Reality as I knew it in the Galaxy did not exist but only the Void exists which has a different nature and so I recoiled from soul travel for a while until I met my first Tibetan Lama. At that point I understood automatically what the void was and I could then go anywhere fearlessly after that.

Advanced Soul Travel is not really traveling at all. After ten years of soul traveling or more I came to realize that neither time nor space nor place is what we think it is and I realized I already was anywhere I believed I was. Therefore any time or place was more easily reached by just realizing I already was there. So no traveling is involved at all, one simply understands the true nature of the universe which is not at all what most people think it is and one is there in any time or space that is desirable for a soul to be. However, without being somewhat or completely enlightened this is not a safe place to be. However, if you realize you are the universe and the universe is you completely and can deal with that ongoing at least while you are in your soul places then you will be okay. If not, you won't be okay. So, don't attempt Advanced Soul Travel unless you actually know and experience that you are capable of it. Remember even as an experienced soul traveler it took me ten years or more to get to the place where I could do this. It is like the difference between a beginning surfer and someone who surfs at Makaha on 25 foot waves. There really is a difference. So be careful.

Another interesting thing that I learned after about 10 years of conscious soul travel or more when I was in my 30s. I learned that all enlightened beings are in alignment and are conscious of each other in the universe. To an enlightened person there is only now--- right here and right now--- Time and space is no barrier at all to an enlightened being. So a truly enlightened being is in conscious contact and awareness with every(trillions and trillions and trillions) of enlightened beings throughout the past, present and future of the universe!!! I found this realization completely astounding. I had heard about this growing up from my parents but it wasn't until I experienced it during my 30s that I finally understood just how powerful this is.

It took me about 24 hours of being so terrified I thought I was going to die and then realizing I never needed to be afraid about anything regarding my soul again. So there is an initiatory experience when you are invited into this "Infinite alignment of enlightened beings" consciously. But one usually (in most cases) needs to be a mature adult with impeccable motivations and actions to be invited in. Otherwise one would die when they aligned in this way.

Soul Traveler 12-09

Whether you take this as fictional and only as an attempt at entertainment or whether you take this as completely factual, either point of view could be useful to you.

Since I have been consciously soul traveling around this galaxy and others since my late teens I have something to say that may or may not be useful to you.

First of all, this planet is a Galactic Protectorate. The best way to describe what this means is that the Galactic Government sees this planet a lot like you would a teenager between 13 and 15 years of age as an entire planet. If some of them get cynical it is to describe Earth as "Lord of the Flies" if you have seen either the book or the movie. This is a good starting place to understand what is actually going on.

There is also what I would call the "Sink or swim" rule of planets. And paraphrased it goes something like this. "Though ours and other planets like ours are not allowed to nuke ourselves out of existence (ours has been brought back from nuking about 50 or more times since World War II already), we are allowed to raise the carbon dioxide levels to where all humans on earth die. ( This has happened several times before to humanoids on earth). To the Galaxy this is called paraphrased, "If you don't have your act together, we don't save you, you simply die". This is considered "normal" within planetary cultures who haven't made public formal agreements with the Galactic Government (hidden agreements like are now in place with all nations in the United Nations don't count).

Also, most governments now in existence on earth don't feel it is in their best interests to publicly reveal secret agreements with Earth Governments made with the Galactic Government because their people might overthrow them if they find out the agreements that have been in existence between 50 and 100 years now with many if not most Earth Governments.

Because of all this, the likelihood of being rescued by UFOS to prevent the extinction or near extinction of humankind on Earth is about nil.

Understanding all this is a very good beginning to taking responsibility as a human race to make sure some of us (at least) survive what is coming the next 1000 years and beyond.

Building an Underground House

Whether you want to build an underground house to save money on heating and cooling or whether the winds are increasing where you are and you don't want your house to be blown away or whether you just prefer living underground I agree with you living underground is a good idea.

However, one must look at where they live. For example, if you live anywhere on the ring of Fire where earthquakes regularly occur it is very important to make sure you are usuing reinforced concrete as the basis of your underground structure. If you are not now in rainy season one of the easiest ways to accomplish this is to use a bulldozer and or backhoe to dig out the exact area of where you will build your house.

Another important thing to think about is underground water, underground springs or rivers and how to handle that. So, building your underground house like a reverse swimming pool to seal out the water is important if there is a lot of groundwater where you are near the surface of the land.

Another thing to be thinking about is how are you going to get sunlight during the day down into your underground house to solar heat through windows and to provide natural lighting and to reduce your utility bills?

Another idea is to have the roof of the top story of your house above the surface about 5 feet or so. This can be accomplished by building a surface burm of soul pouring a reinforced concrete roof and then growing a lawn as the roof amidst your solar panels if you want to be solar powered too.

One advantage to living underground is that from 2 to 6 or 8 feet underground depending upon the time of year and the place on earth you live the temperature stays a fairly constant 55 degrees to 60 degrees. So this will save you a lot on heating or cooling when the surface temperatures are 50 degrees above this or below this depending upon where you live and the time of year.

Another add on is if you choose to have a 5 foot high roof(your 1st floor could be 3 to 10 feet below the surface of the earth).

Also, many people use large mirrors that follow the sun during the day to funnel solar light and also the heat that it brings down into the home underground. However, both your heating or cooling bills should be extremely reduced by living underground as long as you monitor your utilities daily or weekly.

The Difficulties of Being a Parent

Being a good parent doesn't end when your child is 20 or 30. In fact, if you have done your job it never really ends.

My son is now 35. There was a time from about 18 to 25 when he should have asked me for advice but didn't. But most of the time since he was 25 he has learned to come and ask advice from someone who has successfully survived longer than he.

The real difficulty for me now is that many of the decisions he has made since he was 30 I disagree with. But since he must be his own man to survive it if and when I pass on(which could be tomorrow or 20 or 30 or more years: who knows?). I do know it really messed me up when my father passed on so I have tried to prepare my son for my passing when it actually happens whenever that is. I was 37 when my Dad died and it cost me my second marriage. So I know first hand how difficult losing a father can be for a son.

My concerns for my son are not regarding career as he has returned to school to become a nurse and will graduate as one within a year. My concerns for him since he is in his second marriage now are regarding relationships. He is 35 she is 23 or 24. And even though his wife is very beautiful she has no life experience outside of college really. So realistically whether she stays with him is really an unknown not only for him but also for her. And from my own experience being single unless you are a fairly rare personality is not something you really want to choose to do after 35. So my concerns for his choices are genuine.

I just wish he was with someone who knew more who she was and whether she was going to be there for him ongoing. Beautiful is great but common sense and emotionally knowing where you are going long term is far more useful if a man is 35. If he was 25 it wouldn't really matter that much yet but at 35 it does.

h1n1 and inner ears

Once you survive the H1N1(Swine Flu) unfortunately that my not be the end of it. There appears in many cases to be many other problems like the (100 day cough) that I have but also inner ear problems. So far my ears just click every time I swallow which is something new since I had the swine flu about a month ago now. Yesterday I got an earache and so was a little worried and so decided to protect my right ear by covering my right ear with the hood from my robe while I slept. This did the trick and my ear isn't hurting the way it was.

Also, because of this ear problem as an after effect(over a month now) after swine flu Ear, Nose and Throat Specialists around the world are swamped. They might not be able to return your call so you need to just go into their office and they may try and see you. My wife called an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist that she was referred to about a week ago but because they were so swamped with inner ear problems they didn't return her call. I finally got her to just walk in and talk to them and they will see her within the next hour. So if you are having inner ear problems remember this. Don't wait until you have a severe inner ear infection before you take care of yourself.

Obama wants ideas on job creation

http://www.boston.com/news/nation/washington/articles/2009/12/04/obama_canvasses_for_ideas_on_job_creation/

My idea has been the last 6 months or so to recreate the Civilian Conservation Corps. of the 1930s so that unskilled men and women 16 to 25 don't have to starve but instead could be fed, clothed, sheltered and work on public projects from fixing roads to rebuilding National Park infrastructure to rebuilding our collapsing bridges. This might also be helpful to returning single Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans until the economy recovers as well as their enlistments are up.

If High School Volunteers can become EMT volunteers 24 hours a day running ambulances and saving lives, unemployed and many times homeless 18 to 25 year olds can be taught trades and skills to survive in these difficult times.

We don't know how long it will be like this without regular jobs for 10% of the populace. But if people aren't given food or clothed or sheltered this can only spell trouble. So, for the people that aren't willing or capable of going to college we could have a civilian conservation corps. It would give people purpose, feed them, train them and send them on their way as proud Americans making their country better just like during the Great Depression under FDR.

Afghanistan: 12-3-09

I heard something tonight on TV that I agree with. "What we are doing now in Afghanistan is like two unemployed parents adopting a special needs child." Though it may be admirable it is sure to be a financial disaster or worse.

Climate change part of worldwide recession problem

A couple of years ago when Gasoline was $4.50 to $5.00 a gallon in California something else was going on in Australia and other places: drought. So as easily accessible oil becomes rarer and rarer we were also hit with amazing droughts in Australia and many other places on earth. As I see it the droughts in Australia and other places and the price of oil because if the difficulty of easily accessible oil were the two main triggers of this present recession. Yes. We can blame AIG or people who designed subprime loans but that would be just to easy. To actually be realistic we have to look at the Australian drought. It took us into food shortages two years ago. For years we grew in any one year worldwide about 120% to 130% of worldwide needs. In other words we had a surplus. Then suddenly in one year we barely grew 100% of basic needs on the planet which created wheat, corn, rice, lentil and other grain shortages worldwide especially in 2nd and 3rd world nations and created a starvation cycle in those nations that we hadn't seen for about 25 years. In other words I think the real culprit of this present recession is scarce food and scarce oil. All other effects are secondary. It is easy to blame people it is much harder and much scarier to realize that this recession is an Act of God-- an accident and freak of nature. And believe me nature is sure to get freakier by the day the way people are using resources on earth at this point.

We Must Adapt

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20091204/ap_on_sc/sci_climate_adapting

Begin quote from above web article:
With the world losing the battle against global warming so far, experts are warning that humans need to follow nature's example: Adapt or die.

That means elevating buildings, making taller and stronger dams and seawalls, rerouting water systems, restricting certain developments, changing farming practices and ultimately moving people, plants and animals out of harm's way. end quote.

As an intuitive and a precognitive psychic I have written online about this for about 10 years now. Logically, if one does A the result B is the likely result. Likewise, as a precognitive psychic I can usually see the likely result of any action or inaction of individuals or groups if I contemplate it. The fact that at least 150 million to 200 million people will still be alive on Earth in 500 to 1000 years from now is fairly certain. However, whether we have civilization or culture or technology or governments 500 to 1000 years from now is much less certain. The possibility of up to around 13 or 14 billions people living underground on the earth if all surface earth area is left for recreation, transportation and farming only is also a possibility as long as no more than 13 or 14 billion live underground only. Of course, the two developments are extremes and what will actually happen is completely up to all of us.

Actually, living underground makes sense because one of the things that will increase around the world is winds. So living underground prevents your home from blowing away. The driver of winds is always heat and the rotation of the earth. As heat increases so do winds. And I'm not just talking about tornadoes or Hurricanes or Cyclones. I'm talking about winds in storms or just by themselves as wind storms. As the winds increase slowly worldwide they will blow away good topsoil in areas with good soil that are in drought. This could devastate a lot of previously good farmland worldwide. So, the single biggest change I see isn't a rising thermometer even though we might see this too. The biggest change I see is very slowly ever increasing wind speeds worldwide during all sorts of weather events. Moving underground in many areas will be preferable to what the winds will do and what the winds will throw through the air.

On a Planet I Remember

Most of the things I was taught to believe as a child I have found either not to be true or so different that there is no useful comparison. For example, I have found that time and space and planets are completely different things than most people realize. Even defining humans as individuals with distinct looks, personalities and ideas isn't necessarily useful in very many contexts. Planets, stars and galaxies I have found are not dead lifeless things but very alive and even conscious like all animals and humans are on earth. However, most people just aren't trained to communicate with them.

So, today I had a very odd experience. I was going to a movie called "Old Dogs" because I have always been a fan of Travolta and Williams and because they both lived through the 1970s and onward as adults and they are around 10 years or so younger than I.

So, as I walked through the lobby there was a 3d representation of Avatar, the movie with people with blue skin and gold irises and I remembered a life similar to this and of being incarnated as a being similar to this. I found it very strange so I stood up close and looked deep into the 3d picture and let the memories flood back to me.

My species when I incarnated in that form was on another planet than Earth and was between 900,000 years to 1,000,000 years into the future and we were related to present day humans but about 1,000,000 years had passed of Earth humans colonizing many different planets. At that time the location of Earth wasn't known because of Galactic Changes and planetary wars. But we had museums of stuff from the next 1000 years of Earth's history from now because they were some of our ancestors.

The eyes looked exactly like in the 3d poster but the skin was a different hue of lavender or violet and the tongue was long from living underwater and we were amphibians in that we could breathe water or air. We had been genetically modified to live on a water planet that didn't have anything but oceans and a few small islands at first. Adults had 9 inch long tongues that could clean ears, eyes or nose or even face if one wasn't in the water and if one was in the water sometimes the tongue was used to push seaweed out of the way if one was near the surface. Just like people have pierced ears we, who lived part of the year in the ocean had pierced tongues that we sometimes put a hook in for underwater fishing. We stood still and our tongues moving in the current attracted edible fish.

However, since many of our ancestors came from Earth during the next 1000 years we looked a lot like people of today on Earth. Others of our ancestors came from Atlantis and Lemuria and Mu when those three civilizations before our present one also colonized planets. So, eventually we interbred with previous Earth based humanoids who were also descended from Earth born stock.

I found it a very strange experience to be drawn back into these memories. Just like the Chinese say, "One picture is worth a thousand words."

I started writing about "Arcane" who was a member of his Priest Scientist class of his planet New Deva in 1980 while I lived in the little city of Mt. Shasta in California near the Oregon border on Interstate 5. At the time I thought I was just writing therapeutic science fiction that I felt healed by writing as it seemed to heal me as I wrote it. However, I didn't fully realize that it was a past life of mine until I almost died in 1998. Then I realized that a lot of the issues that Arcane was dealing with I am still dealing with in my present lifetimes on Earth that I was dealing with on New Deva 900,000 or more years into the future.

If you want to read about Arcane, a Dragon of Compassion from the planet New Deva go to:

dragonofcompassion.com

then click on memories. There are 11 parts divided up into 7 locations at the site. It is an easy read of about 125 typewritten pages. I have shorter sequels on some of the beings in the book also at this website that you will recognize after reading "Memories" if you are interested. Like I said I didn't fully realize this was about past lives and a future life of mine until 1998 when I almost died and my senses refined to stay alive. I hope you are entertained or enlightened by this book and short sequels or hopefully both. I don't like editing but I love writing so please pardon my editing. If you are a writer you know it takes 5 to 10 times longer or more to edit than to write and unless you are getting paid to do it(which I'm not) the motivation to spend that much time editing just isn't there. However, I spent at least 100 hours editing "Memories" and I'm still not done now. Like I said I love to write. I find it very healing and life extending. The more I write the healthier I am and the longer I live. Blessings

note: on December 20th 2009 I saw Avatar. Even though the eyes and skin look a lot like the planet I remember living on, on the planet I lived on when I was incarnated in the future of a race descended from today's and future Earthlings, we were different because unlike this race we lived mostly underwater and had only lived about 10,000 years or more on this planet when I was born there. Islands had been terraformed by dredging up undersea sand and rocks and causing controlled eruptions to bring lava to the surface to create large Islands like the Hawaiian Islands of today on Earth. The eyes looked exactly the same. The nose was completely different and was genetically designed for under the ocean as well as our eyes and our neck gills. We were amphibians who looked mostly like today's humans except for our eyes which like a cats could see in the dark but still looked like a humans like the Nabi in Avatar.

I presently believe James Cameron might have actually lived as a member of the Nabi, just like the Star Wars movie is also a legendary account of George Lucas' past life experience. That is why movies like this are so very powerful. They are past life real experiences of the authors. I cannot know whether these experiences were actually lived in the past, present or future or even in this Galaxy, however. I only know the probability that these are past lives is likely somewhere between 80% to 90%. The reason people would be so drawn to these movies would be soul memory or DNA memory of having known about this or read about this or even lived this in another lifetime.

dragonofcompassion.com 12-3-09

Since this blog format hides anything not written the same month in a monthly or yearly button I try to inform my readers of my other website at least once a month. So, for example, this notification will be easily read until 12-31-09.

My other website is one that I have had since 1999 but recently I converted it to dragonofcompassion.com

Before this it was a free Yahoo Geocities web site that was supposed to be free forever. But in the business world nothing is free forever. So now I pay about 7 dollars a month the first year and 10 dollars month after that because I have spent thousands of hours writing things that I felt were useful or entertaining or both to mankind.

Since I am a precognitive psychic and an intuitive and have been telepathic since I was born my style of writing is different than most. Because I am a natural intuitive and as an adult have studied with Native American Medicine Men and womn. And also Tibetan Buddhist Lamas and Tulkus both in the United States and Nepal and India it has given me a very unique perspective about life.

Also, I since I grew up mostly in California in San Diego and Los Angeles counties, that has also given me an interesting perspective. And since I was raised as a lacto ovo vegetarian since birth in 1948 that also gives me a different perspective. However, since I was 32 in 1980 when I started to study with Tibetan Lamas I would say now I am 90% to 95% vegetarian. I decided that during the last time things got economically bad in the U.S. that being able to eat meat in survival situations might be important to my survival.

At age 10 for example I ate chicken soup and was sick for two weeks from it because I had eaten nothing from an animal except milk and eggs since birth. And I didn't ever eat anything else meat until I was 15 because of this bad experience.

Being raised a lacto ovo vegetarian has both saved my life and almost killed me. It saved my life when I got a heart virus in 1998 because I had the clearest veins and arteries my doctors had ever seen in a 50 year old. However, because of being a vegetarian and because I was going to be 6 feet 4 1/2 inches as an adult I got childhood epilepsy at age 10 and almost died from it. Luckily, it ended suddenly at age 15 and because I wasn't allowed by my father to ever take any medicine for it I had developed through "mind over matter" just trying to mentally and psychically survive childhood epilepsy, become very psychically proficient. This took me about 15 years(until I was 30) to become comfortable with my psychic gifts and until then I was always feeling I had to protect others from my gifts which I didn't always fully understand even though I used many of them to stay alive every day. So, I prayed a lot and sought out spiritual teachers so that I could direct my gifts in ways to help all beings. What I write about at dragonofcompassion.com is the experiences and realizations that I came to in this lifelong quest for truth and enlightenment. I hope you find it entertaining and or useful in your sojourn here on earth and beyond.

Civilization

Civilization came to be out of necessity and out of survival. Those that didn't value civilization are long dead now mostly. Every generation tests the bounds of civilization because to them it all seems pretty cumbersome. But as one ages one usually begins to experience the full value of civilization and of civilizing factors.

It exists to help us all survive primarily. So we teach our children from the time they are babies the value of socialization and in the children. And in the children that not only learn but who are able to actually benefit from civilization we then get actual adult civilized people. Does that mean everyone becomes civilized. Unfortunately, the answer is no. For, belief in civilization is a learned thing and we learn it for good or ill every time we interact in any way with anyone. The beginning of civilization starts at home and if parents or mentors of children don't honor the children in their care then there is always the danger that that child or children will never become civilized and will have to one day either become incarcerated or put down(executed).

For civilizations by there very nature cannot allow uncivilized people to roam free and create havoc among the civilized.

So, I would say the most important thing for parents to remember is to train your children to be polite but also to help them see the true value of civilization so that they also see the value of teaching their children the merits of civilization as well. And so on and so on.

Dogs, cats, pigs, humans get H1N1

Dogs in China are getting swine flu (h1n1) and many cats in the U.S. and Europe and throughout the world are getting swine flu and dying from it. Pigs get it(Swine flu) and I think birds like chickens and roosters get it too. It is considered likely that transfer of the disease between species is taking place worldwide. However, mostly I have heard mostly of people giving swine flu to other creatures by touching them. However, both my daughter and myself have had the swine flu and neither of our dogs got sick from it.

Climate Debate and Pragmatism

http://news.yahoo.com/s/afp/unclimatewarmingmediaafp

These are my thoughts on climate debate:

There is what educated and rich nations want to do and then what they actually will do while trying to economically compete for economic survival with each other. Then there are 2nd world countries that don't have the resources of the first world countries that will want some of their efforts to be paid for by 1st world countries. Then there are the 3rd world countries that are ONLY trying to just keep their citizens alive without revolting and causing major bloodshed where starvation is normal for most citizens.

When most people start thinking about climate change they seem to assume all people and all countries are rich enough to actually make a difference. The sad truth is that only with about 500 million or less people on earth would there ACTUALLY be a real difference that might save future generations from unbelievable suffering when the north pole and then the south pole melt out first during the summers and eventually stay melted out most of the year and then finally when the north pole doesn't freeze and doesn't snow. This looks like the future. Trying to make a difference may give us all hope but it might not change the future very much. But I think people should still try. Maybe someone can figure out a useful answer that actually might work. The human race has always thrived on hope. It's why some of us always made it through anything that happened the last 40,000 to 1,000,000 or more years already.

Relationships 12-01-09

If you are a guy and are interested in girls this might be useful. However, if you are coming from a different point of view this may or may not be useful to you.

I was taking a shower this morning and thinking about how I was kind of hard on my first wife because I had only "lived" with another woman for only up to 2 weeks when I was 25 and mostly then camping or motels on vacations or weekend getaways throughout the western states.

So, when my 1 year live in girlfriend got pregnant we married about one month before my son was born. We had tried to get married at SRF in Encinitas, California about 5 months before (and even got a blood test because you needed one then in 1973) but because we weren't members of SRF we were not allowed to marry there. So, we were very disappointed and eventually got married in Long Beach, California in April 1974 using the 1880s living together law which didn't require another blood test.

I was 26 and she was 22 almost 23 and we had lived together for a year before marrying just before my son was born. We were very much in love and both still very young and attractive. However, since I had never lived full time with a woman before this(months and months) I had a lot to learn. Before this relationship I had found myself very much in demand by women if different ways since I was about 15 years old. And from about age 21 to 25 when I met my wife to be there had been many many physical relationships because someone had broken my heart very seriously by age 21. As a 61 year old now I realize I had been totally in love with two women but at age 21 I was not sophisticated enough to make any sense of that at all. So there were many relationships just trying not to commit suicide from a very broken heart. I found that if I had a girlfriend I could find reasons to stay alive another day. Then when my son was born in 1974 I had a reason to stay alive from then on because it didn't really matter what I felt or thought, I had an obligation to raise my son to honor God. So, when my son was born I experienced it as a new beginning to my life.

However, I since I hadn't lived full time beyond 2 weeks with any woman I found living with another woman very difficult. For example, I found it very strange to be in the same bed with another person for 8 or more hours together every night. I felt sort of cluttered and my dreams were different and in some ways I hardly knew myself. But after a time I got kind of where I got used to it. And at that point never wanted to be alone again. So, I suppose you can go one of two ways, either you get used to it and then like it or you want to run and never come back. And also, it depends upon the person and their likes and dislikes and what has come before in their lives.

However, I had not learned to separate out what ALL women have in common from the traits just of my wife and found myself criticizing her at times for traits all women have. I just didn't realize it until I married the second time. Then I got how ignorant I was regarding my first wife. Though my first wife and I were at odds with each other for about 2 years after we broke up we have been very good friends ever since. I think this is because I was faithful to her always and always reasonable the way I treated her. So the trust between my first wife and I has always remained after the first 2 years of breakup. So, even thirty years afterwards we are still friends.

So, if you are a guy there is a great deal to learn about women because even though in some ways they are all exactly the same, in some ways each of them are completely unique. For example, if you want to have biological children with your girlfriend it is always a good idea to get her pregnant before your marry. You don't want to find out (there is a 20% to 50% chance of this) after you marry that you either can't get her pregnant or that she doesn't want to ever be pregnant and just lied to you. Either way if you want to have kids this really sucks. Yes. There is always adoption but you likely won't get a healthy child to adopt in the U.S. You will have to go to another country that allows foreign adoptions and pay anything from $10,000 to $50,000 to $100,000 to adopt a healthy kid. So, because of this unless you are rich I don't recommend adoption.

Also, live in relationships work best if you are both care giver types of personalities. At the very least one of you has to be a care giver type and a communicator. Because without really good communication all relationships tend to fail sooner or later. They either explode apart or they drift apart, one way or the other without caring and communication. However, this is something that can't be forced. If it isn't genuine and desired it becomes fatal to the marriage or live in relationship.

I decided I didn't want to end on a downer. This is the most important thing about any relationship:

"If it ain't broke don't fix it".

One never really knows why a relationship works because in the end it either works or it doesn't. So, if you have one that works for God's sake don't mess with it! For if you have a good working relationship life can be as close to heaven as one can get. Just enjoy it!
