Radiation Plume soon heading towards Tokyo

According to a weather report I just watched the radiation plume will soon head towards Tokyo and then arc slowly to the west and then to  north of Sendai from there before it finally heads east away from Japan. So if you are in Japan and have a little portable radiation meter it might be important to check the weather and the radiation readings on your portable meter so you know whether it is safe to be outside or not where you are.
