The U.S. evacuated or is evacuating all family from U.S. Embassy personel from Japan. Now they are considering also evacuating military families and also many non-essential military personel from Japan.
All citizens of the U.S. were asked to consider leaving last week.

So, theoretically considering the size of the quake we could expect 10 quakes as after shocks as big as the quake that devastated Haiti and 1 at around 8.0 which is much larger. Anything above a 7.0 could generate theoretically a fairly large tsunami but likely not as large as what hit already during the next year or so. So, around 10,000+ quakes are expected as aftershocks above 4.0 in the next year.
