Though it is not likely a criminal offense it IS an extreme Ethical offense and so Sponsors of Hannity are liable to run in droves from his Fox TV show. If they don't they to will be subject to boycotts at this point by those who accuse Fox and Hannity of ethical Collusion with the White house to the point where there is no difference in listening to Hannity than listening to the president.
Both are completely suspect at this point by all people of any political persuasion of being guilty of being "Unfair in all ways to the American people". Because Hannity obviously is NOT an unbiased Pundit.
This should have been revealed a year or more ago for ANYONE to trust anything Hannity has been saying.
