Captain Marvel is a very entertaining movie

This might give away some of the plot lines of Captain Marvel so if you haven't seen it yet you might not want to read this:

I wanted to write about Shapeshifters. I have written another article about shapeshifters even here on earth.

There are several ways I guess to Shapeshift. But, the most common here on earth is not to physically change into something else like in the movie, "Captain Marvel". Instead the primary way it is done here on earth is to "fool the mind" of other beings around one.

The most successful native species to earth that can do this is Bigfoot and Yeti which are two different versions of the same species. Sort of like how Jaguars, Tigers and the African Lion are all sort of of the Lion Species I would say.

For example where I live people see the brown hair to the shoulders one and silver from shoulders to the top of it's head. (Native Americans locally have seen these for thousands of years now). And in the Himalayas they have the Yeti which is mostly white to blend in with the snow so you can't easily see them at altitude.

However, I like how the movie actually depicts Shapeshifting too, in that the being physically changes into something else. But, I'm thinking it is much more common to just go inside of the mind of beings around one and pretend to be something else. This is a much more common way in this galaxy to shapeshift. Imagine how difficult it would be energy wise in a body to completely transform into something else. Where would all that energy and focus come from? So, simply going into someone's mind and pretending to be something other than you are is much more energy efficient generally speaking.

And technology exists throughout this galaxy and others to do this. And for aliens who don't want to be recognized here on earth, the technology is the primary use of shapeshifting here on earth.

For example, there are alien government officials here on earth who shapeshift all the time in every government here on earth. And most alien government officials now are involved in reducing world populations not through war but through Global Climate change and starvation in order to prevent the permanent end of Galactic Park Earth and the extinction of all life upon it.

They don't want war because that would nuke Earth permanently out of existence into an asteroid belt like what happened on  the inhabited planet Maldek out past Mars 65 million years ago.

Some of the humanoids who survived the blowing up from nukes of Maldek came here to earth and are our ancestors.
