Flooding expected today and tonight in Santa Barbara because of Atmospheric River
I put on the weather channel and they expect potential flooding now today and especially tonight in the Santa Barbara area which might be really bad new for Montecito there once again where people will have to evacuate to avoid loss of property or death. But, we'll see what actually happens. Atmospheric rivers can move north or south so the flooding could easily hit Los Angeles or as far north as Monterey too.
